Lucy's first soccer practice was canceled. Too cold, apparently. Yeesh, we used to practice soccer on a field on the side of a hill when it was 20 below. The ball kept going out of bounds on one side until they put up dasher boards. Three kids got killed one year doing pushup because they were late. Good times.
Also, lots of people have been asking about the stage of the cancer.
The answer is that it is almost impossible to tell without splitting open my gut and poking it with a knife.
But, from the looks, the doctor thinks it is somewhere between stage 1 and stage 2. Certainly no more than stage 2.
The drug they are most likley to treat me with is called Fluorouracil (pronounced floo ro you ro sill). To show they have a sense of humor is is also called 5FU. You can read more about it by clicking on these here words.
Have a great Saturday! I guess we will go to the library rather than soccer and maybe it an Easter egg hunt if it warms up.
Don't get me started on the Easter Egg hunts we had when we were kids living in the jungles of Okinawa. Man, we had fun.
